TSS provides digital safety resources, toolbox talks, templates, checklists, subscription products, and professional safety consulting services.
Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Orders are subject to acceptance and applicable law.
3. Educational Materials and Safety Disclaimer
Our digital safety resources are intended for general educational, informational, and workplace safety awareness purposes.
Unless expressly identified otherwise, purchasing these resources does not constitute completion of OSHA-authorized training, certification, or any other legally required training.
Employers remain responsible for identifying workplace hazards, complying with applicable laws and regulations, providing required training, and ensuring appropriate supervision and protective measures.
Our materials are not a substitute for site-specific hazard assessments, competent-person evaluations, engineering analysis, or professional judgment.
4. Digital Product License
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants the purchaser a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials internally within the purchasing organization.
Purchasers may reproduce materials for their own internal employee safety meetings and training activities.
Reselling, redistributing commercially, sublicensing, or representing TSS materials as original third-party products without written authorization is prohibited.
TSS retains ownership of its original copyrighted materials and other intellectual property, subject to any applicable third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions
Recurring subscriptions renew and are billed according to the terms disclosed at checkout.
Customers may cancel future renewals under our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
6. Professional Consulting Services
Consulting services are subject to the agreed scope, deliverables, schedule, and applicable written service agreement.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, purchasing consulting services does not guarantee regulatory compliance, elimination of workplace hazards, or any particular inspection or enforcement outcome.
7. Payments and Refunds
Customers agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
Payments, cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by the applicable purchase terms and our published policies, subject to applicable law.
8. Acceptable Website Use
Users may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, distribute malicious software, engage in fraudulent transactions, or infringe intellectual property rights.
